My knee has dislocated 3 times some years ago and I therefore experience unstability and pain in periods of time. I bought this knee support 4 years ago and I have been very pleased with it. It lasted 3 years and did a really good job stabilising my knee, lessen pain and quicken up recovery. However, if you a have a highly unstable knee that tends to get dislocated easily and often this knee support might not be enough for you. I bought a slightly more supportive one after this one stopped working due to increased fear of dislocation (after years of use). I definitely recommend it.
