It's a little bit of a workout putting these together in the first place!The bar has a bigger diameter than the hole in the weights - you have to push VERY firmly to get it in place, this is fine because it means the weights are firmly secured to the bar. TOP TIP - push the bar all the way through the weight until you can see the locating holes, then push the locking plate in so you can see the pins click into the holes then pull/push the weight back against the locking plate. They don't feel all that heavy, but in water they provide enough resistance to increase the intensity of the workout. The bar has a foam grip and handles so you can push your hand through and grip for extra security, and the firmer grip also increases the intensity of the workout. Excellent.I think once they're assembled it's probably best to leave them be. Yes, you can disassemble them but from my experience of such things you risk (i) stretching the hole in the weight so it becomes a bit loose and/or (ii) the pins on the locking plate break which, I guess, is why you get a couple of spare locking plates.At £29.99 (as at 15 April 2024) I think these are excellent value for anyone doing aquatic excercises. My niece will love them.

These were £29.99 when I ordered them and I can honestly say that they’re worth every penny. They’re lightweight and compact when not in use which makes them easy to carry with you in your gym/swimming bag. They fit together easily and quickly which is also very convenient. They are very buoyant and give a good amount of resistance in the pool which I find just right. You can carry out a wide range of exercises with these and get a really good, low impact, workout while in the pool. I would highly recommend getting a set of these. I now get a lot more from my time in the pool in terms of a work out and exercise without feeling that I have overdone things.

I do Aquacise at my gym twice a week. Many of their water weights have seen better days and if you don't get to the pool early, you may be left with a ropey set. That being so, having my own pair seemed like a good idea, even if it is one more thing to take on the bus.I didn't realise I would have to assemble them but this proved easy enough, even if the holes didn't, at first glance, look large enough for the poles to fit through. I managed and it does make for a nice snug fit. They're a different colour to the ones the gym owns (a jolly purple) so no danger of anyone snaffling them!

Lets be clear, these are relatively light and unlikely to be demanding enough for most people. I provided them to my elderly mother and she was happy with them. The main benefit is that the dumbbells give a senior person focus on movements. So that muscles are used, but not in a way which would cause a problem. They area idea for using in a swimming pool, but that is not essential.Took 2 minutes to put together from the pack without instructions being necessary. Its best to wet the plastic bit first as you do need to push quite hard to get them assembled. Personally, I think they are a little expensive currently, given they are just foam and plastic.

Just started on pool workouts, and fancied me a set of these, they are well made and I think, having borrowed some for a work out before in the pool, will make a significant difference due to water resistance over time.Liked that they also came with exercises in case you are going it alone, which many people do. They snapped together easily, dry out as well as you can hope for and look utterly fabulous!

Bought these as a gift and my mum was super happy. They’re easy to assemble and very buoyant so will make for a great resistance workout in the pool. They’re also slightly weighted so good for out of the pool too if you’re easing into working out/recovery from injury etc. they’re a nice design and colour and good value for money

I got these aqua aerobic dumbells for my wife to use in the pool as often there aren't enough at the gym to go around. These are better quality than some of the other ones, and seem very well made.The EPA foam weight plates are good quality, and, once assembled everything seems very sturdy. The weights themselves are very comfortable to hold, and the strap will pake them easier to hang on to in the pool.You get six of the locking end caps, just in case you lose or break any I guess, but it is always handy to have a few spare parts I think.These seem well made andwi be very useful, I would have no problem recommending these to friends and family.

I got these after it was recommended to use floats to aid in pool resistance to build up intensity. They are big enough to provide just that. I did find it a little hard to put together as I don't have the upper body strength to force the bars through, hence the physio, but my OH did it no problem. The only issue is where I'm going to store these!

I have been doing pool exercises for approximately two years. However, since using these aqua dumbbells it is amazing how much of a better workout you get. Also, they are fun to use. Highly recommend!

Im Rahmen von Amazon Vine bekamen wir die Unterwasserhanteln als kostenloses Testprodukt, dies beeinflusst aber nicht die hier abgegebene Rezension. Die Hanteln kommen gut verpackt zuhause an. Im Karton befinden sich 6 Scheiben, 2 Griffe und 4 Kunststoffverschlüsse. Zusammengesetzt sind die Hanteln sehr schnell und dann sind die auch schon Einsatzbereit. Für den Unterwassersport sind die bestens geeignet und es macht auch jede Menge Spaß, man kann die auch überall mithin nehmen, weil die schnell wieder auseinander gebaut und platzsparend eingepackt werden können.

Easy to assemble and perfect resistance level for me.

I'm really looking forward to using these pool weight. They seem very well constructed and come with a very sturdy attachment for you to hold onto in the water. I like that they came with two pages of suggested exercises that you can use in the pool, with these weights. These are made out of a very high density foam with a smooth finish, so that should last a long time.

I spend most of the time in the pool floating on a lounge chair reading. This set of high density EVA foam dumbells from Sportneer will convince others I'm also doing aqua aerobics for at least some of it.They were a literal snap to assemble and have a nice foam handle grip that seems easy to hold onto even in the water.The instructions came with some suggested exercises and with the increased water resistance of these pool dumbbells it should make the time I spend not floating more effective, although they are about the same weight as a book. :)They seem well designed and I look forward to using them soon after opening the pool this season.
