Worst product
Purchased a 200-watt converter for my 32-inch TV of power rating 55 w. On using this product my Tv screen stop flickering in few minutes, emitting fumes and damaging my TV. Customer care is not reachable. It seems Reviews are misleading and not of converter, focusing on unrelated travel plugs instead of the converter's actual performance. Very poor quality product and impacting decision power of customer. I recommend Amazon should take action against seller.

Poor Quality and manipluate reviews
I have purchased it for blanket of US. After 20 minutes of connection, converter is heated and stop working. My blanket is damaged and now it is not working. I have complaint to cust care, but no reply. Who is responsible for damage of my costly blanket? I read all reviews of this converter and I surprised that all reviews are of other product like plug. Reviews of simple plug are combine with converter reviews to increased reviews. Maniplute the reviews.

Worst product
It doesn’t work and also causes other appliances to stop working.

Works great but just one outlet
I didn't knock off any points for just being one outlet as you can put a multi-extention on this and it does work very well. Weighty and sturdy, I have confidence in this converter. Europen/Brazilian wall adapter.

International Travel is easy with this converter!
I used this Ceptics Travel Voltage Converter when I went to Australia and New Zealand in Jan to Feb 2024. I really liked the travel adapters and the USB and plug outlets. It was compact and worked like a champ. The only thing to remember is to check the power light is on. Other than that, it worked flawlessly.

Know whether you need it or not before you travel
I recently came home from a cruise that included a one night stay in Santiago, Chile pre and post. I knew that the cruise ship had US - style outlets and current, but it didn't dawn on my to check the hotel. Most of the things I needed to power or charge are dual-voltage, like my computer, iPhone and Kindle, all of which automatically switch to local current when plugged in. But my hair curling brush is not. In case you are not familiar with this, in Europe and many other places the standard current is 220 - 240 V. In the US it is 110 - 120 V. If you plug a 110 appliance into a 220 outlet with just an adaptor, you will fry it and possibly start a fire with its smoldering remains. In that case you need a converter, which steps the power down from 220 to 110. This one is really perfect and I wish I had it with me when I discovered my mistake. I will definitely bring it along on the next trip!! This unit is relatively light at 1.5 pounds, and compact. It won't take up much space in your luggage and is unlikely to cause you to exceed your weight limit. This unit plus a small gang plug with a couple of standard outlets and some USB ports should get you through. It is easy to find out whether your destination uses 110 or 220 voltage. Just google it. Your appliances should all state whether or not they are dual voltage, often on the plug if not on the body of the appliance. If they don't or you're not sure, use a converter like this one. It's better to be safe than ruin what might be either expensive or impossible to replace on short notice or when you're traveling.
