Excellent quality for cooking. The size is what is called for in nearly all recipes and when I made Pumpkin Cheesecake Pudding, the recipe called for 16 ounces of milk (2 cups). I simply added 2 ounces of water to the 14 ounces of Carnation and the pudding was perfect!

Love the price & I going to subscribe. As a single person who does a lot of baking and coffee-drinking, this is just what I need. Good brand of evaporated milk
Good quality for many years. Shelf stable and refrigerator stable for a couple weeks. It's a great hit for coffee when you're out of coffee creamer and you're trying to watch your budget. Takes a little getting used to but not bad. We are in tough days until we get the economy straightened out.
