Powerful and a Quality Build
For starters, my goal is to recover from my workouts faster. As I get older it takes longer to recover. At least five days now after a grueling work out. With the Renpho Massage gun I have reduced that to two days.A few weeks earlier I thought that a vibrating roller would serve the same purpose. Considering that you have to be a contortionist, wallow around embarrassingly like someone demented on the floor just isn't effective and the vibration feels more like two gnats cuddling on your skin. A roller is way to cumbersome and the only parts of your body that you can get to are what you can sit on or lay on and the pressure / weight of your body can't be effectively controlled. Now enter the Renpho massage gun at it's now more reasonable price and you have many more areas of your body that you can effectively reach at pressures that make more sense given the area of your body or the degree of soreness. It much more effective to be able to place the head of the gun on a place of your body that you can control the position, impact and pressure of the vibration. The most amazing thing about this is that the drive of the vibration can be slow but powerful. It will not bog down even if you bury the head deep into your hamstring or quad muscles. I purposely got sore deep in my thighs and the massage gun was able to go right down to the tendons near my femur and relive the soreness there. The gun never slowed down and the battery power still had many hours left on it.The first thing I noticed is the quality build of the massage gun is excellent. From the looks of the User Interface to the feel in your hands you can tell that this would probably be a good experience. It's like when you open and Apple product you know the quality is going to be good. Finally, I brought the massage gun up to my face to see if facial massaging was something that would be feasible. Most "vibrators" are really annoying devices to me; more like annoying irritation than true relaxing massage. I have effectively used this massage gun to do facial skin and neck massage on the lowest settings. Obviously you don't want to put this on your eyes or the end of your nose, but if you don't say it, somebody will do it and it will not be fun. I do find this to be an effective tool for doing facial massage.

Great value on a massage gun
There are a ton of massage guns on Amazon, many made my companies I've never heard of. Having had a great experience with Renpho digital scale before, I decided to go with them again and am very glad I did.Pros- Comes with carry case that has a dedicated slot for every piece, including the instructions- Lightweight but solid. Doesn't feel flimsy but it's not heavy either.- Six different attachments. Some (like the bullet head) are definitely better for smaller muscles so its nice to have options.- Outstanding battery life. I've used this for almost two weeks for at least an hour of total run time. It's still showing as fully charged. It was 60% charged when I received it so I'm assuming the power readout is working.- Two power "switches". I find this to be a positive. At the bottom, there's a switch to turn the power on. This basically puts it on standby. You then have to press the button near the display to actually get it to start working, along with adjusting the speed. This helps prevent actually turning it on by accident (such has handing it to someone) when you don't want to.Cons- Might actually be too powerful. I've never gone past level 3, which for me is very intense. Even level 1 is adequate for most of my needs. Would be nice to have a lower starting power point and scale up but its not a big deal.- I've seen other massage guns have the ability to adjust the angle of the head. It's a handy feature but not essential. Would probably put this out of the price point I'm comfortable with so I can certainly go without.I've tried a Theragun at a fitness convention a year or so ago. I don't notice a huge difference between that and the Repho, certainly not enough to warrant a price difference of several hundred dollars. I use this massage gun on myself a few times a week, particularly when I do long runs or my back hurts. My calves tend to get really tight during runs and I'm not able to generate enough pressure with a foam roller to be effective. The massage gun lets me target my calves and the difference is noticeable. I've also used it on my fiancee and she was impressed with it to. At this price, it is an excellent investment if you see yourself using it at least once or twice a week.

I'm in love with this massager!
I am not kidding about that. This massage gun does more in 20 seconds then any other massager I have tried in the past.I sometimes get debilitating leg cramps, that can last for an hour or longer. They get so bad that I can't do anything except try to rub it out by hand, and I can't walk it off, or " put some dirt on it" as they used to say.And the pain is excruciating.Or it was. The cramps happened one day at work. One of my co-workers ran out to her car, and brought this unit in. She put the large knob head on the massage and turned it on and within 30 seconds the cramp AND the pain was completely gone!I was so impressed, I ordered mine the same day for my wife and myself. Two minutes a day for both of us with the flat head, and we feel like $10,000,000 AFTER taxes. This bad boy stays near our bed at all times since we both suffer night cramps and a simple 30 second massage and we are back to sleep like newborn babies!SO what's in the box?Massage gun unit with TWENTY (20) speed/intensity levelsCharging Cable and power supply6 interchangeable headsCarrying case and instructions. One Note. There is a switch that you have to turn on, on the bottom of the grip, before you can power up the units. And the speed/intensity level is LIGHT touch or you will be at Level 20 before you know it! Speed is controlled by the plus and minus buttons.I would give this item 100 stars if I could. IT'S THAT GOOD!JPL
