We purchased that all within a couple days on January 14 & 15, 2024.After my first purchased I was so impressed by your water system I purchase more. They are easy and simple to install and WOW how amazing the difference in the water we now use. I can actually drink the water from my bathroom and kitchen sink if I want and my wife loves it most because shes so sensitive with her sink and now being able to wash her face and hair with filtered water is life changing for her.The water systems are amazing and I have many more faucets in the house I probably will add the SW10’s too because mainly what is left are other bathroom sinks. But it makes such a big difference in the water, no more smells no more bad taste it just tastes fresh. Now I can even take my daily medicine drinking the water directly from the sink…I love it. Honestly it tastes just like the Spring watered bottled water we get from ReadyFreshSo bottom line I love your products from the moment we got my hands on it, best investment I made. I then purchased two sets of the TW10 and again the same great results with an easy install and great tasting clean water. The water flow for me was the same before and after the install. Some mention after time the water pressure slows but if you think about it its doing its job, its filtering out the stuff from the water you dont want to be drinking or using coming out of your faucet, some people have bad water and may need to change filters more often some may need to change it less often. To me it’s worth every penny to get cleaner filtered water knowing what they put in our water these days. The expense of the replacement filter cartridge are not that expensive for what your getting so for me Im happy with the results and will always use this on my water for now on.

Works well, it's inline so only the cold water is filtered, easy install. Water tastes better and has fewer impurities after filtration. This is a great value, and replacement filter cartridges are available so you don't have to throw away the plastic housing. It is a bit big, but you can set it up against the cabinet wall on the included stand. Quality construction, with metal and and hoses, and extra fittings. Water pressure is affected a little bit, but hardly noticeable unless you are looking for it. Great buy! Had this for ~6 months

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Installed this on my boat and it has kept the water from smelling. Easy install too.

Its easy to install, will take some time. One of their videos at the webpage says "10 minutes install" yeah, if flash an thor helps you sure. 10 minutes takes me just to remove half of the stuff under the sink.The kit is great, comes in a great packaging, and with teflon, a short and long hose (does anybody use the short?) and the "legs" system if you dont want to screw it to the wall.The "move away" system to remove the filters is also nice. On other filters system you need to leave some space under the filters to remove them, and is kind of tricky to put the new ones in that position. But this opens almost 90 degree to remove the filters.Now the bad thing: They make water filters, they think about filtration for drinking water every day, They sell an under the sink kit for filtering water, and nobody, I mean, nobody every tough that besides the sink you want to filter your fridge too? I mean, now I can drink from the faucet but the big cold water dispenser that I have, is not filtered more than the basic filter that comes with it?Instead of the short hose that nobody uses, they should include a TEE for the fridge hose, and a cap for the valve that will be empty when moving the hose there.I bought it on the side, inexpensive (pictured).

The water tastes fantastic! Before using the Frizzlife filter, my coffee always had an odd taste, which I now realize was from the chemicals in my water. After installing the filter, that unpleasant taste is completely gone, and the water tastes fresh and clean.The installation was a bit tricky due to the angles of my plumbing, but the equipment itself is easy to use and well-designed. Highly recommend this product for anyone looking to improve their water quality!

I have been using my water filter for a year, so it was about time to replace the filter cartridge. I found it somewhat difficult to unscrew the top portion of the filter holder, as others have reported. The problem is getting a good grip body of the filter holder. I noticed that the diameter of the filter holder matched the diameter of an automotive engine oil filter. I have a tool that grabs oil filters really well (see photo). Using this tool, the job was easy. I recommend using only this style of tool. The spiral strip wraps around the entire body of the filter holder so that there is no point of high force that could crack the filter holder

I can't believe Amazon is allowing this product to be sold with false advertising which could potentially harm its customers. The NSF website has a notice from 2023 that specifically states "Frizzlife SW15 Under Sink Water Filter System Issue... Unauthorized use of the NSF mark and claims of NSF certification found in advertising. Frizzlife is not certified by NSF and may not use the NSF certification mark or make any claims of NSF certification." For more info go to nsf dot org and type Frizzlife into the search field.Frizzlife needs to cease and desist and have all its products banned for life from Amazon.
