I found this product actually works for me
I found this to be the perfect answer to my nail problem if you use it as stated on the package it will work it took around 12 weeks for mine to look lovely after using acrilic for quite a while which damaged the nails

One of my most favourite products ever
Can't beat Nailtiques for damaged nails or just any nails needing a little bit of extra help. Whichever formula you choose, they all do exactly what they say they will - as long as you follow the instructions. It's not an overnight solution, you have to keep applying and applying. But if you do, you'll end up with fab nails. One of my most favourite products ever.

brilliant product, i have bitten my nails for donkeys year,s then had acrylics that killed them and made them look disgusting. Been using this for 6 weeks now and its fab, my nails look strong and healthy, i have purposely kept them short to get strong - so glad this product was recommended to me
