But no, truly has a great apple flavor BUT that after taste is STRAIGHT pennies. WOW! It’s a strong penny flavor and if you remember eating coins as a child, you understand. It was a high recommendation to re-kickstart my iron consumption so I hope it does what I need.

I find Spatone to be effective, gentle on my digestive system, and easy to take. The small sachets are convenient – I can carry them around and take them with me wherever I go. While the taste is a bit metallic, it’s not overpowering, and it’s definitely something you can get used to over time. If mixed with juice the metallic taste is camouflaged. Overall, I’ve noticed a boost in my energy levels, and I find this a very easy way to take iron.

I take 2 packets a day when my iron is low but one should always get tested before taking iron supplements as too much can be dangerous. The price is quite steep compared to some other iron supplements, especially when taking 2 packets a day, but it is worth it to avoid the side effects of other iron supplements. It can also stain teeth so it should be swallowed quickly.The seller has also been great. I've had no issues receiving them and they have proper expiration dates and arrive safely.

The product itself is fine, the shipping was not good. The package was delivered under extreme heat and the contents were very hot. This will compromise the product.

I’ve been taking one dose per day, and 2 doses per day while menstruating, for over 6 months. Just had labs done and my levels went from 40 to 44. At this rate, I should reach optimal levels in about 8 years.I’ll save my money and will try something else instead.
