Worked perfectly, just a couple of set up things to be aware of.
We bought these (two) for a trip to Spain as both our phones have a second sim slot. It was fairly easy to set it all up. There is a lot of O2 branding which is on the card around the sim card. Just don't mistakenly follow the O2 instructions and instead concentrate on the clear seller instructions on the front, as directed. There is no need to download the O2 app. You need to set up in the UK which we left till we were on our way to the airport. We arrived in Malaga and tah-da it worked! We got nowhere near using the 25 GB in two weeks, even using the phone as a mobile hotspot and ignoring hotel wifi. I'd buy again.

Let us down
OK so delivery was quick, and the product was as described. It was a nice touch that the seller contacted us giving us helpful information on how to get the most out of the card and confirm it's activation once we used the QR code attached. The gentleman on the phone was very friendly and helpful, and was very frank about the process being set up to get good customer reviews. That's where it went Downhill.Carried out all advised procedures to ensure the SIM would work when it arrived in France. It did not.02 we're terrible. Indian call centre, almost impossible to communicate absolutely useless. Explained that I had given the phone to my daughter to stay in contact on a school trip.... "do you have the phone with you?" No. Do you know the balance on the account? No. Well sorry if you can't pass security I have no choice but to place a block on the account. I went ballistic and the Indian gentleman working for 02 laughed. Phone back in UK, still not working, used a different sim card in the end. Absolute joke. So glad I don't use 02 for my 3 household mobile contracts, broadband, or any other products.I tried to ask the seller for help and they acted concerned and worried, but essentially couldn't do anything about it. I sent them the audio file of the conversation with 02, but the seller failed to notice it was an audio file yet alone convert it to play it, so shows how much they cared...So I wasted the price of the SIM, the express delivery, the time and stress of chasing 02 when it didn't work, got trolled and laughed at by some Indian call centre muppet, and still had to use a diff sim once my daughter came home.Absolute joke of a mess around and if I were the seller, and wanted to avoid poor reviews I'd take note .... good service doesn't compensate for a bad product. Drop 02 as a sim you endorse and have the honour to say why. There's no value in saying "that's unfair because we did all we could", you did "all you could" AFTER the mistake of selling me a poor product, which still wasn't enough to get the product working, or recoup any of the money that was wasted on this fruitless pursuit. No amount of money or apologies will remedy the fact when my daughter left the country we had no way of contacting her. Before you call this an isolated incident or not reflective of the wider customer experience, just phone 02.

Follow the instructions closely
Very simple set up...you must use the qr code on the front of the packet. This will take u to the website and the registration. Once done u receive a confirmation email and the a subscription email. About an hour later I received an activation email. Very important u read all of the email carefully. It contains important info re the balance (which initially shows £0) and making a call in UK to activate. Also important info about setting your device to data roaming for international use. Mine is in a MiFi device now and works well....not tried it abroad yet, later this week...so four stars just in case!

Set it up PROPERLY!!
Not a problem at all working in UK/France/Spain and Portugal as long as it’s activated in the UK FIRST!. My only gripe is that it stopped working on 22.8 GB in Europe, not the 25 GB as promised. Easy set up, good download speeds but upload a little a slow as is working to office based apps. All in all - can’t complain. On another note, this could be perhaps extended to 60 or 90 days with more data.

Great product and Excellent Service
When you get your new phone you just want to get up and running. The supplier had this tri-SIM package activated within 10 minutes of my email. So what do you get for just £9.39. You get 6GB of data, well no not just that but you get a double bonus taking you up to 18GB of data. But there is more - you also get unlimited voice minutes and unlimited texts. So what's the downside, well O2 - who incidentally have a robust network with about the best coverage in the UK - suggest that you need to have a £10 credit balance by the time of your monthly Big Bundle renewal date. If you do then O2 will automatically deduct the renewal payment from your credit balance and if successful, the Big Bundle will automatically renew. So you'll get to roll over any unused data and also get the additional renewed 6GB Big-Bundle. The only Gotcha appears to be that the detail terms say that the roll-over data is limited to the size of the renewed Big-Bundle i.e. up to 200%.How to use all that data?? As my phone is on WiFi at home use has been very low in the first week. But the tariff includes Personal hotspot/tethering. I tried this and it worked perfectly and I was able to successfully use my laptop through the phone on both Wifi and also on USB. Performance was great (likely aided by the fact that O2 have a mast within 250 mtrs). A good fallback option for when my cable internet supplier is down. There may be an argument for buying another payG Love2surf RETAIL PACK from Amazon instead of renewing??But in my case at-least there is more, as O2 has applied a £5 credit - wasn't expecting that - so it seems my next renewal will be just £5. Yippee.

Don't even consider this
Sounds like a great deal 8GB, plus unlimited texts and calls for 30 days.Well it's not a bargain at all - or it wasn't for me, anyway.I activated the SIM, but couldn't make a call. Got a message saying £0.00 credit. Phoned O2, who said that they don't recognise 3rd party sellers and if I wanted to use this bundle I'd have to buy it directly from them. So, had to buy again, for £10, from O2.
