I was diagnosed with Hoshimotos 20 years ago. I have started a journey to see if I can’t feel better because I don’t remember what feeling well feels like. Tums have always been a staple in my cabinet and I have always felt tired. Ohhhh M G, why did I wait so long to try this?!! After two days I am already way more awake and have taken zero tums! I had my gallbladder removed due to stones over 10 years ago and have suffered with miserable GI symptoms and a generally inability to absorb/process fats since then. Was never warned or advised by the doc that I might have these problems, which snowballed into difficulty eating ANYTHING without GI discomfort. Additionally, was diagnosed Hypothyroid and then Hashimotos. I decided to try Dr. Wentz's enzyme protocol, starting with Liver/Gallbladder, Betaine with Pepsin and Wobenzym N. I am honestly surprised and extremely happy with the results. About 2.5 weeks in with these products and already can tell a difference. Not only have my GI symptoms been reduced by about 75%, I can tell I am actually absorbing my food and medications better. Yes, they're a little spendy, but IMHO, well worth it. I have found that taking the Betain with Pepsin about 1/2 way through or AFTER a meal with protein works best. I take one with fish/seafood/poultry, two with a red meat meal.

I’ve been taking the betaine with pepsin with a b complex for about two months now. It has helped double my b12! I have been feeling so much better. I still have a ways to go but I feel like im on the right track now.

After 1 week I’m sleeping a full 7-8 hours and waking rested. The bloat is gone. I feel like my body is using, not reacting to the food I’m eating. Bought this product a year ago, hoping it with hrlp my bowel issues. Gave me the runs. I tried to return it but couldn't get hold of distributer ever!I feel so cheated for not getting a hearing about my complaint.It's still in my frig because I hate to throw something away that's so costly. Just don't know what to doabout it.

I disliked their packaging no bubble wrap or in a box within the outside bag to protect product.juat throw in outside Amazon bag.. Thankfully the bottle wasn't broken I have had one that was broken in the past. then product has to be thrown away.

I love this! I suffered from Hashimotos (for a long time before discovering it) extreme exhaustion as well. I love these. I take 3 after lunch and dinner or a meal with protein. I used to get to the point of needing a nap after lunch and now I do not. I have energy all day! There are days I forget to take them and after a few missed meals I can notice the difference (fatigue starts alittle). So I know they are working and it’s not just thyroid med and diet change. I also do not take them after my smoothie with protein in the morning. Only when I eat fish, poultry or red meat. On my third bottle!
