Does this give off much heat or noise ?

Heat is very low, almost none from the lights a bit from the back.. compared to hps they are freezing cold. The fans are very quiet too.

How much space is required from the back of the grow light to the top of the unit I have made.

If i put 2 of the 600w lights in a grow tent what size tent would i want please ?

At least 120x120x200 as the viparspectras create lots of heat. I had one of the 600's in a 80x80x160 which was sufficient but quite hot.
