Bang on.
My wife was in hospital for a month. The food - while vaguely wholesome - was sorry for itself. She required Salad Cream, this delivered. Spot on.

Very convenient
As I don't use condiments like salad cream, mayo, ketchup and mustard very often and certainly can't finish even a small bottle within 6-8 weeks of opening it, I decided to get sachets. Mine have a use by date of 6 months which makes them less wasteful. However, they are so much more expensive than buying a bottle. The taste is yummy as expected.
