My uses & impression:-I’ve been trying to find a large but low profile, sleek, modern looking bowl or vessel of this shape, so I was happy to find this fruit dish, & find its appearance appealing. It has a great design shape-I’m using this as a slump & /or hump mold, for concrete (& similar modeling) art, including sculpture, as well as making functional vessels. (I actually did not realize it had vent holes; so those need to be sealed for my purposes). I may just make a copy of this bowl out of plaster, & use that for casting my sculptures & functional pieces-I appreciate the 2 piece design, where the bottom twists on & off; for the sake of my mold making purposes, & also for storage, as it is easier to find storage space when not expanded to full height-color: the color is also a pleasant mellow green

Arrived quickly,nicely packed,and without damage during shipping.Being mostly eco friendly and beautifully designed,prompted my decision to order this product.Those familiar with my reviews,know how environmentally conscience I am.This amazing fruit bowl meets my expectations,with a few exceptions.Manufactured using polypropylene although not entirely sustainable,but considered more sustainable than many other types of plastics.According to my research polypropylene degrades quickly,has a reduced carbon footprint,and is nontoxic.However it's not as perfect as wheat straw,which is just as durable,super degradable,and able to be composted in months.Designed in a mid century/modern esthetic,however can easily assimilate with any decor as well.Concurrently it is functional,as it's able to hold a large combination of fruit.Unlike other fruit bowls this particular model was designed with a slotted drainage base,to keep placed items dry.Any liquid is collected in the removable pedestal,preventing surrounding fruits from being affected.Concurrently the slotted base allows for easily washing fruit directly in the bowl as all liquid drains quickly through its base.The bowl itself is durably constructed and with proper care should last indefinitely.Also it is easy to clean,however I wouldn't place it in a dishwasher,and recommend hand washing only.In conclusion this is a mostly eco friendly and uniquely designed product,that can make the perfect gift for oneself or a loved one.Also it's reasonably priced,and will add a bit of style wherever its displayed.My four star rating is based on its not being totally eco friendly as other options readily available for more responsible manufacturing.Hopefully this manufacturer will take my observations into consideration,by considering the use of higher grade sustainable materials.Making that small change makes a better world for all and an already amazing product,a spectacular one.

I think this may be the perfect fruit bowl. It is stable on the base regardless of how the fruit is placed. I can rinse the fruit and not worry about waiting to place it in the bowl with the drain holes on the bottom. The color fits with my mid century look, but would really go with most decor. Easy to clean.

We keep a fruit bowl on our counter, but I got this cute bowl to keep fruit out on our dining room table, in hopes that we would be more likely to grab healthy snacks if they were more visible. So far it has worked, maybe too well. We are having to buy so much more fruit! My toddler loves being able to grab his own snacks, and because the bowl is plastic, I don't have to worry that it will break if he pulls the bowl off the table.I love the style of this bowl. The modern, minimalist shape is perfect. The green is a super cute muted sage. It looks great with the warm wood of our midcentury modern dining table. It isn't a huge bowl, but I can easily keep a bag a clementines, a few bananas and an apple in there. It obviously looks great with fruit, but you could also use it as serving dish for chips, pretzels, cookies, etc.The drainage hole in the bottom is and interesting idea, although we haven't used it.

We are on a health kick at my house so we try to keep fruit in the house and needed a fruit bowl. This beautiful bowl exceeds my expectations since it's made of a study plastic material, has drain holes in the bottom for easy cleaning and is large enough to fit a large amount of fruit. This bowl measures 10" across at the top and is 4" tall. It's very sturdy and stable. I highly recommend.

Lovely fruit bowl. We display it on our dining table for washed fruits like cuties, apples, apricots, nectarines, etc. Having it at the dining table reminds us to have fruits after our meals. It is made of food grade Polypropylene so it's dishwasher safe. It's also lightweight so after filling it up with fruit, I can still comfortably carry it from the sink to the dining table.
