I have used this and dr Bergs I take them out of capsule and put into water they taste similar in water which is not nice , not sure if it works as around same time 4 weeks ago I started putting whole cloves( 10 count) in boiling water with a slice of lemon at night let it cool drink the water and eat the cloves which has relieved a very troubled gallbladder that the doctors wanted to take out when I ended up in emergency room in August. I plan on taking both but if gb acts up again it's coming out. I really want to keep it if I can. Hope this helps.

I believe this stuff works. Its effectiveness will take some time and if eaten on a good diet, I can tell that my pain is less in my bowels. I think it’s a good price. Will continue buying this brand.

I found if I take one before a meal that's contains a little more fat content, it helps with digestion.

I had my gallbladder removed when I was just a teenager, and nobody informed me that I should take a bile supplement. So here I am. The pills are in capsule form, are flavorless, and easy to swallow. I wish it wasn't a 3 pill/day dose, I already take enough other supplements. To me, they have an odor of cow urine, and that's kind of a turn-off. I may have noticed a slight aftertaste as well. That said, the company appears to be reputable. The product is made in the US and lab tested. It is free of magnesium stearate, I guess I need to research as to the importance of that. I will need to take them awhile before they take effect, so I cannot attest to the end result yet.
