Very sturdy
I was pleasantly surprised how sturdy it was after the installation. My friends wanted to prove me wrong and they went overboard shaking and pulling and all they did was shake the entire truck back in fourth. My only gripe is the wind noise. I easily fixed it "redneck style" (piece of wood 1x6 piece and #4 pipe clamps) but would of been nice if the manufacturer included the wind deflector, but I added some large googly eyes 👀 to give my truck some character 😁👍

Good product
I use it to hold my kayak in the back of my truck and it seems to work great for that purpose. It is pretty good quality metal seems like the welds on it are decent. It installs easily into a 4in hitch receiver.

Affordable and Useful Bed Extended
For the price, this thing works like a dream. It is a little heavy but that just means it’s sturdy in my opinion. It only comes with one hitch pin so you will need an additional one to install it to your tow hitch. It’s a little tricky to line up the holes as I’m sure it’s not super precisely machined, but for this price I am very happy with my purchase. It was the perfect size to bring home some 12’ trim in my 5’ bed truck. I have a 2023 Toyota Tacoma for reference and used it with a 2013 Tacoma as well with no issue. I’ve used it to travel 100+ miles at a time from a big box hardware store to my house with trim, lumber, and doors on different occasions and so far no issues. One of those purchases that is nice to have on hand and lend out to neighbors and friends, too!

Not the best. Not the worst.
It’s been doing its job for me for about 7 months. It’s sturdy and has plenty of tie downs. Installed it in about an hour and a half. You will need an extra set of hands to put it up on the truck to mount it.

Any defective parts ? customer service will not replace parts or even respond! So there is none!
The media could not be loaded. Why did you pick this product vs others?:Where do I start! I bought this rack and had it almost built when the last two nut plate brackets the nuts are crooked so there is no way to use them! Customer support is not any help! Do not buy this rack as it will or could leave you stuck like me! So I have to go to my brothers, grind off the nut plates and reweld them myself! Major POS company that does not have any customer support ! I’m pissed off about it!
