The shampoo has a light, pleasant texture and cleanses the scalp gently but effectively. It doesn’t dry out my curls or strip away moisture-instead, it leaves my hair feeling soft and refreshed. I love that it has a clean, minimalistic formula without harsh ingredients.

This has been my go-to shampoo when my hair is feeling a little crunchy. It doesn't leave my hair feeling greasy (which I was worried about), and it's really pleasant. Not a strong scent, and it leaves my (oily) hair feeling great. I saw a review for this, thought I'd try it, glad I did!

I like the smell and simplicity of the product; although it does give me a slight headache. It smells sweet and light. I haven’t used it myself but did on my daughter and it did feel kind of dry while shampooing but her hair is very soft and shiny after. I did have to use a different conditioner…BECAUSE this listing is just two bottles of shampoo. It is not shampoo and conditioner. I was not paying attention, I’m actually really annoyed by that because it was about all I was willing to spend… now I have had to turn around and spend more money and buy one individual conditioner lol. I can’t wait to try it though!! I’d also like to try their leave ins.

Hands down, this is one of the dopest shampoos I’ve ever used—no joke. My hair usually acts like it’s got a mind of its own: super frizzy, bone dry, and in need of some serious hydration. But after just LITERALLY one wash, I was genuinely shocked at how soft & moisturized my hair felt. Like, I ran my fingers through it and I actually smiled.The curls? On point--> Defined, bouncy, & way less chaotic than usual. I didn't even need to add my curly hair products after (I was in the house & didn't go out).Price-wise— budget friendly! I didn’t expect much because it’s so affordable, but I’m telling you, this stuff performs like something way more expensive. Easily one of the BEST haircare buys I’ve made.Ingredients wise- packed with natural s*** only, cruelty free, no sulfates, parabands, silicones, etc. All natrual stuff.Once this bottle runs out, I’m def restocking. If you have dry, frizzy, curly hair, definitely try this out. ✨

I have been using this for several weeks now. I like that this contains a lot of natural ingredients, which was something I was looking for. It smells great in the bottle, but leaves my hair smelling a bit funky after it's washed out. I have also noticed that it leaves a residue in my hair that lingers no matter how much I rinse my hair. Overall, I was a bit disappointed with this product and don't think I would purchase it again.

The holy grail!!! I am post menopausal and my hair has been thinning, dry, frizzy and tangled. I have tried sooo many expensive brands that I have been giving to my daughters because they just weren't doing what they advertised. I am finding that menopausal hair does not respond well to typical shampoos and conditioners. I decided to give this one a try and absolutely saying this was my last ditch effort. I had never heard of it before, but I'm so glad I tried it. It looks like guacamole, kind of weird the first time I saw it, butamcdoes it hydrate my hair and takes care of my tangles!! I always comb conditioner through my hair in the shower with a wide tooth comb. There is virtually no resistance with knots. I am also using the shampoo and hair mask. I wish the bottle was a little bigger, I'm hoping there is a bigger size to choose from. It's economical though, and I love love love the natural ingredients. I hope California Naturals always stays true to their roots and keep putting out great products and a reasonable price. :) ... and also maybe come out with some styling products.
