Good but jar are small

Purchased for my mom, and from the beginning, the unit has been making an unusually loud noise during operation, and more concerningly, the jar is not grinding properly, even after multiple attempts, over 10 times in some cases. Unable to use on a daily basis.The return period has over and I have asked the Preethi support. Fill provide further update on this

Noise is not too high. Pretty good in this aspect and very acceptable. Old mixers used to be around 400W but this is a higher powered machine (nearly double the power) at 750W. Hence, when you compare the noise to your old mixers, take this point into consideration. My old mixy was a 400W panasonic brand which has the same noise level as this preethi brand which is 750W. This should be acceptable in general.All jars don't have preethi logo or name on it. I wonder if it is made by them. It Seems Like Little Low Quality. No too happy with this. Preethi must have outsourced the peripheral items(jars, lids, handels etc) to another company and hence there is no branding on these items. I doubt the quality of these items as it has a cheap look to it.gasket/rubber of the jar cover/lid is completely useless. It will tear off just by touching it. It is of very very poor quality. It even does not prevent leaks if there is an overflow.Motor (main body) seems to be of good quality made by preethi. The main mixy body looks stylish and elegant. It is of leaf shape and i loved the design. I truly loved it. The color choice is also my personal favourite.Gridning/mixing work done is pretty decent and satisfactory. No complaints here at all.But I wonder if the entire product is worth 3k rupees, while many mixers are available for 1.5k rupees itself. I hope the increased cost will be made up with good after sales servicing. This is very important to have trust in the brand. I really hope the product lasts long, but if at all there is a problem, we need to get hassle free service.The flexi-lid is a good addition to adjust 1.5L jar into 1L jar.I would give the product a 3.5 out of 5. And hats off to amazon for lower prices.

It grinds well, but the plastic quality has deteriorated compared to the one I purchased a few years ago. The jar quality and blades are good.
