Easy taking this Sea Moss Gell
I researched and found that you have to be careful with how much iodine one consumes and I appreciate that the dosage for this product states to take only 1/2 tablespoon and that is what I have been doing for the last month. I add this to my smoothie each morning and I like the flavor and taste. Sea moss is rich in magnesium and potassium, 2 minerals that my body seems to need supplements. I previously ordered the magnesium glycinate from this company and have had improvement sleep at night since taking both of these products.

I like the gel texture of this sea moss. Price is good for the quality. It is easy to squeeze on a spoon. Other products recommend needing more servings. Will buy again. The taste was good as well.
