The faas 500 v4 has an upper with everfit 2.0 which has improved upper lockdown technology that secures the midfoot and/or heel without inhibiting the foot's natural movement and prevents the tongue from moving. It has a weave mesh that is supportive, breathable and lightweight upper support in a technical looking package. It has fully reflective heel overlay for extra safety and a 4 mm htd to encourage a more natural stride. It is aligned with the forefoot flex grooves for consistent flexibility and a smoother toe-off. It has a faasfoam+ one-piece midsole. PUMA's proprietary blend of foam and rubber, that is resilient, has increased step-in-comfort, has a more springy feel and is 25 percent lighter than faasfoam. Lateral release groove and decoupled heel slows down the rate of pronation and provides a more gradual transition from heel-strike to midfoot stance. PUMA's high abrasion injected blow rubber compound, that is 43 percent lighter than evertrack carbon rubber and has enhanced cushioning and durability for a smoother toe-off.

Great for squats
I wanted some natural and low drop running shoes to improve my squat and these have been perfect. I feel planted and stable under heavy weights. Can't comment on how they are for running, but for weights, they're perfect. And the price is incredible!

Nice trainer but not suitable for gym workout
These trainers look great and are comfortable but if you are planning to use lifting weights in a gym I would avoid. The bottom of the trainers do not have great levels of grip so you tend to slide if you need your feet kept in position (split squats etc). If you are planning on using to run or use on cross trainer then they will do the job.

Light, very comfortable, great grip
Great running trainer (I only do upto about 10 km max, usually 5 km). Very light, comfy and breathable. No water protection being material, but thats standard. I found they work great with elastic laces from Amazon/ebay.

love these more that I paid £18 on here in ...
love these more that I paid £18 on here in October and to buy again are £60.very comfortable, I only do road running and go out about four times a week and no sign of wear.

Very much comfortable and light weight. Heel drop is a very nice tech. But the MRP of 7999/- (though I got it for 2399/- during sale) is not justified. Not feels as durable as my Adidas or Reebok shoes.Will update after further use

Ottima scarpa, ma attenzione alle misure
Ottima scarpa con basso drop (4mm) per ripetute e lavoro veloce o per distanze medio basse, buon ammortizzamento per runner di peso leggero, prezzo accessibile ... non avrà il blasone di Asics o Mizuno ma non ha nulla da invidiare a queste marche.Attenzione: ordinato numero "44", mi è arrivato "UK10" , cioè un 44,5 . E' un peccato che Amazon Italia non riporti - visto che esistono - le mezze misure, a differenza di quanto avviene, ad esempio , nel sito inglese amazon.co.uk in cui sono presenti TUTTE le taglie ( 9-9,5,10-...) . Se volete essere certi al 100% che vi arrivi esattamente la misura che ordinate vi consiglio di ordinare dal sito inglese, altrimenti valutate che potrebbe arrivarvi un mezzo numero in più o in meno rispetto a quanto ordinato.
