Does this fit an adult head?

It is made for adults, and it sure fit over my big head and long nose better than the other brands I tried on- which were mostly too tight.

If you talk while wearing this, can people understand you?

Yes but it's a little muffled. As an adult my chin hits the cushion on the inside making it difficult to talk but my 13 yr old daughter seemed to do ok with it. The face shield lifts easily so that's a plus.

Will this fit a girl who is about 4'9 and wears a kids size 14-16?

Probably. I’m 5.1 and it fits me. However, I’m an adult.
