I returned this, it is not smocked at all, baggy and not like the photo. Disappointed.

I loved this top in the picture, but it did not have the ruffling at the top and had a horizontal seam under the bust. The sizing chart didn't guide me well either.

I love it, but is too small. It will be a gift.
