Managed switches which are great for small business
I don't spend tons of time in the Cisco command line, so this line of switches has served me well over the years. I just bought these CBS switches as they seem to be the new line of sg300 and sg350 (and xg). If I need to go into the command line I can, but the web gui is very useful for me.With the sg350 some of the cisco command line commands were backwards as maybe a joke; my NOC friend thought it was funny, but I wasn't amused (VLAN allow was basically VLAN disallow).

Solid working product
Have been using Cisco Small business switches for my home network for many years and started with the Sg2xx/3xx series. You can configure via a Gui or command line. The CLI is not the one used on the enterprise line of the switches and I hear so many complain about that. There are no fees or such to get firmware. Affordable managed switch. I rest of my switches are the CBS250 series, but I needed more than four LAGGS this time. Has PoE and no fans, so it is quiet. Full local setup and control. None of the BS of config and control in the cloud.

ファーム更新は保守契約なしで出来る
NETG○○Rのスイッチが古くなって消費電力も大きいし薄利多売を止めるようで高く感じるということで憧れのciscoにしてみました。設定を目視で移そうとしましたが、基本的な部分が違うため最低限のVLAN設定でも時間が必要で別メーカーから乗り換えは厳しい感じです。結局新規で設定を考えた方がやりやすい感じでした。VLAN設定だけ取ってみてもNETG○○Rの設定はT,Uを設定だけですがこっちはポートをアクセス/トランクに変えてからVLAN設定毎に設定していく感じでした。使い出したところですが日本語WEB-UIがあるので設定はしやすいです。初回読み込み時に40%でよく止まりますが更新後に再ログインすればいいのでUIへの優先度が低いのかもしれません。電源ケーブルは太くPOEモデルと共通になっていると思われます。今更1Gも･･･と言われるかもしれませんが、10Gは当分いらない人には十分な性能です。ファームは普通にDL出来ます。言語ファイルは毎回ではないようで、全て表示しつつ古いファームを確認していくとアップされています。更新は一度DLしてからWEB-UIでファイル指定して更新できます。ドキュメントは多いですが、ほぼCLIしかないのでWEBからの設定はヘルプ見つつ用語を調べながらになります。色々出来るので週末とか時間があるときに設定をいじって勉強しています。

Was sent a clearly returned unit with parts in a kitchen style ziplok bag.
Thought something was up when the box had been resealed. Opened it to see a torn bag and the parts in a kitchen bag. Not advertised as used or refurbished.
