The media could not be loaded. I bought this to use with my electric fireplace & it’s pretty cool! I love that it comes with different settings and also music. So cozy! I bought the one that comes with a remote and it looks HUGE in the display picture but it’s small, which was a big plus! So if you’re worried about the size, it’s not big at all. It looks way bigger in the picture displayed. Overall, I would recommend it!

This product is AMAZING!!!! Different sound choices. And love the fact that it runs on a rechargeable battery. It is small and hides easily within the fireplace.

We’ve had a ventless gas fireplace for years. But just recently bought the crackling sound . I love it! Sounds realistic, has plenty of volume levels plus soft music and jazz as options. Great purchase!

As with a lot of electronic products these days, the instructions left a lot to be desired. One of the things that I found out the hard way was that this thing will emit a loud alarm when the battery is low. I hadn't realized that I wasn't completely turning it off. I was awakened from a sound sleep a couple of times by this thing until I realized how to turn it off.Initially, I was skeptical because I thought that I would always be able to tell that it's fake, however, it really works quite well. No one so far who has heard it has thought that it was anything other than actual fireplace sounds. You do have to kind of find the sweet spot though of all of the different variations. Overall I'm pretty pleased. Work on those instructions…

The media could not be loaded. Amazing little thing that added so much character to my electric fireplace. Realistic sound (there are 6 sound options to chose from). I originally places it on the shelf above the fireplace but you could tell the sound was coming from the speaker ( not so realistic). Then I put it on the floor under the fireplace and it is just perfect now! Also, I only charged it once and it’s been on for hours over the last few days. Still working just fine! I just ordered another one for a relative’s Christmas gift.

Useless.After fully charging the product, the product battery drained in 3 days(on standby, without anything playing). So the remote no longer works.Also like the other reviews have said, sound quality is much worse than other brands.Lastly, the remote control doesn't work that well in general. For example, I never got the volume to work.Did anyone even test it before releasing this product?I would never buy anything from this brand again.

All the sounds are clear and it feels like a real fire. Great product.

We bought an electric fireplace, but what’s a fire without the crackling wood, right? This fills in that gap. It comes with loaded SD card that has the fireplace sounds, but you can also Bluetooth your own sounds or whatever you want, which is nice. Great purchase!!

I’m so unbelievably happy with this little sound box the fire sound is real clear and it make my fake fireplace come alive . Good job who ever created this 😃

Works really well, you have to play around a bit , but you will get it!
