I have used this honey before and I must say it is of very high quality. Local raw honey is very comparable in taste and quality to this company’s honey. The issue for me, however, is that you can purchase about twice the amount of honey for a little bit less on Amazon. For that reason, it makes buying this specific honey very costly over time. Other than pricing, the product itself is of high-quality, and most importantly, it’s obvious this company cares about their customers.

The honey is tasty and easy to store. My husband and I received a mead making kit for Christmas and are trying this for the second time hence the additional honey purchase. Instructions are easy to follow and our first time was a success due to that. I enjoy the company's product and attention to detail.

When I got this I did not realize it was for beer making. There isn't anything listed in it that only makes it usable for beer making. That said I found it to taste like any other honey, but I am by no means a honey connoisseur, just a regular person. I do love that it comes in a squeeze pouch instead of a bottle. Hopefully this will keep the honey from crystalizing like it often does. If you were to go buy this much honey at a club store for regular home use it would cost you less, so I don't feel like this is a fantastic value for someone using it for regular everyday use.. However, since it is intended for beer making and I got it not realizing that, it may be a much better value than I would know about. You will just have to compare for yourself and see if it is a good value for you,

I love the flavor of this honey. It's really great. It is a very fresh quality product. I haven't had any problems with crystalization like I have with other types of honey I've purchase from other sources. I really love this type of packaging as it's very easy to take out what I need and then resealed it. I love that it is thin enough to pour but really that's up to the bees isn't it. The taste of this honey is probably what has impressed me the most. I'm usually in Orange blossom type but this wildflower has a very sophisticated palette. Whether you are using this for manufacturing mead or simply to sweeten your meals at home this is a product you can't go wrong with it all. I highly recommend it.

The honey has a good complex taste and has a thinner texture that makes it easier to handle than normal more viscous honey. The bag makes it easy to store and pour the honey, this is a lot better than other plastic or glass storage options that leak or slowly dry out. It is a little more expensive than normal honey due to these properties and also the fact that it is specific toward brew crafting.

Great honey, very sweet and liquid. Good to put into warm milk or cooking. Just the bag is plastic bag and should be easier and safer to use a glass or at least solid container.
