Overall Good. Happy with purchase.
I actually do really like this chair, it's far better than the one I had before. The back of the chair does not extend to above my head (I'm 5'8") as my previous gaming chair did, so I have to kind of scoot down in the chair to lean my head fully back if I want to rest it like that. The material feels nice and soft, and the cushion to the back and seat are comfortable. I do enjoy the leg rest, it feels a little bit like it wouldn't hold a lot of weight, but luckily it suits me fine.Massage/Heat:The massage feature is vibration. It has 5 modes: pulse, press, wave, auto, and normal. 2 Intensities (high and low). 4 massage points: neck, back, lumbar, and thigh. It has a timer for 15, 30, and 60 mins, after which it will turn off automatically. The Heat feature is a separate button to be pressed when the power is turned on. You can use it with the massage feature or solo, but to do it solo you would have to individually turn off each of the 4 massage points (they each have their own button). I've used this feature often as I like the warmth without the vibration mostly. Both features are a nice little extra touch to the chair for me. I wasn't expecting it to be on the same level as an actual massage chair with rollers or something, so it works fine for what I was intending. The heating feature is not as hot as my heating pad, but it adds a nice warmth that I find pleasant without being too hot (which is good because there are only 2 intensity settings for the heat). One Complaint: The only thing about this feature that is annoying is the need to plug the chair in to use it. This wouldn't be as much of a problem if I wasn't accidentally rolling over the small wire with the chair and then getting worried about it getting stuck in the wheels.Stability:The chair itself feels a little unstable. I'm not sure if this is the way it was designed or the way we put it together (though we put it together as instructed). The arms wobble from side to side, as does the base of the chair, which does bother me. I think they do that because they're not in a "fixed" position, that way when you use the function of reclining the chair the arms can adjust as necessary. They aren't as much of an issue for me. It's more a problem of feeling like the seat itself rocks a little too much from side to side (right to left not front to back). When I lean back sometimes the chair makes a popping sound (which I figured out is the same sound that happens when you pull the leaver underneath in order to adjust the recline of the back of the chair). I'm not sure if that's functioning as intended or some screw is perhaps not fully right, or maybe poor design. The wheels occasionally feel difficult to slide around on the floor, I think because they all have to turn and align in the same direction, and they don't turn immediately when you go to slide away from the desk, so sometimes it feels difficult to move. When my mother (a bigger woman) sat in the chair it made it slide downwards, and this was an issue that happened each time she did it. This makes me think it's not meant to hold as much weight as other chairs so be careful with that.Overall for what I needed out of a chair, it's been nice. I spent a lot of time researching and looking for a new chair, which was difficult given the fact that I couldn't test them out beforehand. I wanted one with a footrest, and massage/heat, that was also soft to sit in. This one fits a lot of the qualities I was looking for, enough so that I can overlook the parts that bother me.

bad buy
my main reason for this purchase was to find some relief from my lower back pain. the chair ive been using is very old and was killing my back. this new chair is no better. the recline feature attracted me to this chair but it only reclines about 45 degrees. i'm 6ft one and about 207 pounds. i do not fit in this chair comfortably. when in the recline position, it feels like i'm going to slide off this chair onto the floor. the leg rest when raised hits the upper part of my calf muscle. very uncomfortable. i am very disappointed to say the least. the heat feature on my chair did not work. if it was working, i couldn't feel it. the vibrator did work but i could not control which part of the chair to vibrate with the controller. this chair may work for you if you are smaller and have a good strong healthy back. lol amazon has been good to me over the years. most everything i order has been to my satisfaction. i guess i was due. this was a bad buy. i feel like i just waste money. this is not a $200 plus upgrade over my old chair. if i for the trouble, i'd keep the money and roll the old chair back in from the garage.

Looks nice, that's about it
I just received this chair.. It is not worth the money. It does look nice.. it is firm to sit in which is nice.. But the assembly , the quality, the function is not in the price range.. This chair should sell around 100.00. The screws and/or the holes to put them in are not all cut right.. take care or they strip.. fortunately I try every screw before complete assembly.. seen this before... not all parts align properly, again fortunate just off a bit so a little force and it will fit.. there is no tension on the recline, it's either locked in place or lean back.. that is the worst design I have ever seen..maybe it's because this is the first chair I bought sight unseen. The arms wobble and the screws are as tight as I can get them. It has to be design because the left is far worse than the right. The massage is ok.. the heat..I can't tell.. I don't feel any. I believe this is the worst buy I ever had from amazon..and there were a couple of returns.. I am choosing not to return this because once I it's assembled it's too difficult to put neatly in the box again, it is were a local store I would bring it back assembled with all the boxes and packing ... but that's not a choice with amazon. I've learned an expensive lesson.. Some things on amazon are just not worth it...and the review while helpful are probably tainted.. I review products that have surpassed my expectations because those companies deserve it...I also have written a couple like this, where I would warn others not to purchase this product. Unless they want just ok... nice looking.. have to be careful sitting.. and quality is not in the price range. I do give it two stars because it is nice looking, it is a decent seat..it's just too expensive. and three to me would mean take it or leave it... I believe this is closer to leave it.
