I was influenced to buy this bottle when I ran across a post online where a woman mentioned that her Frank Green helped as she was working towards quitting vaping. She explained it was because the mouthpiece of the bottle was reminiscent of the pen she liked.I looked into the bottles and was delighted to learn more about the brand’s story, and commitment to reducing single-use plastics. I felt good about their mission, and decided to give it a try.Formerly, I was an Owala girl, but have since moved teams to Frank Green. I did find the rectangular, slightly rubbery mouthpiece helped me cut back on my vice. I also appreciate that the bottle is stylish, functional, and easy to clean. I thought the gold straw was a cute detail as well!My single complaint is that Frank Green does scratch easily, but I assume it is due to the bottle being aluminum as opposed to another material. For me, no big deal. It’s become my daily bottle, and I’m still enjoying it was much now as I was day one.

I have no spills and a decent amount of water. Plus I can hook my fingers through the silicone strap and if someone bumps into it, my fingers aren't going to nearly be torn off like all the other bottles with hard plastic handles. My water tastes amazing and I could not be any happier.

Generally, I like this water bottle. It has some great features, especially if you're trying to go lower tox, but there are some other features that make it 4 stars, instead of 5.Pros: There's little plastic or silicone. The top has plastic or silicone, but the bottle, lining, and straw are stainless or ceramic. The color is nice, too. (Silly overall, but it's important to some.). It keeps temperature decently, but it doesn't keep ice cold as long as some of my other bottles. It's good, but not great. The size is great for holding. It fits nicely in my hand. The button to release the drinking spout is easy to use and click the spout back into place. The straw comes off easy for easy cleaning.Things I wish were better: Condensation collects on the top of the bottle. The handle is silicone, and a weird shape for holding. It is rigid in shape and is not comfortable to hold. It's nice for clipping to a bag, but not holding by. I hold it by the bottle. The matte outside also scuffs.Overall, it's good but not great.

I bought this for a my sweetheart in Africa and she said that it kept her water very cold for a long time. She is very happy with it. It's the best water bottle that she's ever had in her life.

so cute and functional, the perfect size too

I would buy this product over and over again a ceramic lined water bottle is the future. And you’re not taking in any heavy metal toxins. However, Amazon does lousy job at packaging Frank Green. The packaging on the actual bottle from Frank Greene does not enclose the entire bottle and the cardboard is very thin and flimsy. Which wouldn’t be so bad if Amazon actually shipped it in a box but they don’t they put it in a padded envelope and therefore the bottle gets dented. I have ordered four bottles now and three of the four have had a defect because of the poor protection when shipped if this could be corrected then it’s a 100% winner. Or don’t buy on Amazon buy it directly from Frank Greene, perhaps they box it better .

Awesome water bottle, doesn’t leak

I've gone through lots of hot/cold tumblers over the last few years and this one is just as good as some of the other well known brands like Hydro Flask and YETI.It doesn't feel as solid and durable as the YETIs but the feature that sets this one apart if the flip up mouthpiece that makes it really convenient to take a sip compared to the twist lid of the YETI.The design is nice and sleek and the stainless steel feels pretty solid. It keeps my drink cold or hot for hours, which is great, but not really anything special compared to other tumblers.Cleaning is a breeze and I especially like that the straw piece is made of metal and not silicon so it doesn't stain.One thing to keep in mind, though, is that the outer coating is a bit prone to scratching. It's not a deal breaker but something to be aware of if you're the type to toss it in your bag with a bunch of other metal objects together.Overall, a good choice for a tumbler if you're looking for a more convenient way to take a quick sip.
