It took a bit of reading through the manual to learn about the many features of this device. So far, we have used it to make hot and cold foam from both dairy and non dairy 'milks.' The foams are thick and rich. The inside of the container has markings for the levels for each product and the outside has an easy to use control panel. The unit will beep when the foam is ready. This is a well made, fun accessory!

I’ve only had about a month. I’ve used almost every day. It is exactly what I needed for my latte at home! I’m able to do my artwork and I’ve been so pleased! I find the size just right and all the features just perfect for making your home latte, cappuccino and other specialty drinks taste and look like they came from the coffee house!!! So, unless this machine malfunctions … I’m giving it 5 stars! Easy to operate, and works great! I did read where people said it did not last even a year! We will see! I’m happy right now!

Before this milk frother entered my life, I was just a regular human with questionable latte art skills and a tendency to microwave milk (don’t judge me). But now? Now I’m a certified home barista extraordinaire — at least in my kitchen.This thing froths milk like it's auditioning for a cloud role in a Pixar movie. Thick, silky, magical foam that makes me want to shout “macchiato!” at random intervals just because I can. I swirl, I pour, I pretend I'm on a cooking show — it's dramatic, it's elegant, it's espresso theater.Honestly, my kitchen has never felt more like a hipster café. I’ve started calling it "Café de Me," and yes, I made a chalkboard menu. My cat is the only customer, but he’s very impressed (I think).In short, this deep milk frother has given me foam, flair, and a completely unnecessary level of confidence in my barista abilities. Highly recommend — especially if you enjoy pretending you’re steaming milk for royalty every morning.

This item is not working. I just received it today, and used a plant based milk and it heated it up, but absolutely no foam.The 'propeller' doesn't spin. It is seated corrrectly, but simply does not spin, therefore it only heats the milk. I will be returning.

Love this product! It froths and heats milk quickly for a hot latte and it makes cold foam perfectly for a fun drink. Love the many functions it can do.

Generally I like the frother. I am only using it to make hot foam (middle button, top row).Pros: makes good, stiff foam and heats the milk up to a good temperature. The buttons work well only requiring touching to activate. You don’t need to push hard on them. Just a light tap.Cons: You cannot fill it up higher than just below the top of the frother disk. If you do, it overflows. That quantity of milk is only enough for one cup of coffee. My previous frother would make enough for two cups. Also, it doesn’t have a handle or spout, so you have to hold it like a glass and pour. Finally, there is always a little browned milk stuck to the bottom inside. This comes out easily with washing but is annoying. It doesn’t seem to affect the taste.This is the second frother I’ve bought and each time the previous model was no longer available. Don’t understand why the changes since it doesn’t seem there are any real differences except for look, shape and some additional more complicated features of questionable value - like making hot chocolate in this one - but maybe others find these features useful

This is an excellent product. It seems well made, and does exactly what it's supposed to do. The microfioam is amazing. My problem is the size. It's larger than I expected, and just commanded too much space on my counter.

I didn’t know I needed one of these until I bought it. Making foam is simple and quick. Easy to use at the same time you’re brewing your cup. The cold foam setting has led me to start making iced matcha lattes and iced golden milk.
