This robovac has truly become an indispensable member of our household, we think of it more like a pet than an appliance! Our floors have never looked so consistently clean, Bob is an absolute game-changer for daily and weekly maintenance, keeping on top of dust and debris so we dont have to.Its a completely hands-off experience – we just set it to run while we're out, and come home to beautifully maintained floors. It doesnt deliver a super deep clean, but for keeping things pristine day-to-day, it's brilliant. Initial set up was very easy - set the base station down and let the vacuum explore your home - any movable obstacles should be out of the way during set up or it might "remember" - our vac seems to remember where the Christmas tree was and wont go into that corner without coercion. We havent had to change the dust bags very often so it seems to have pretty good capacity and the mops work great. Suction power over carpets is good but can be a bit noisy. When the robot goes back to empty to the base station it is really noisy (a bit louder than a normal vacuum cleaner) for about 10 seconds but thats a small price to pay - overall it is quiet.My only minor wish is for it to handle thresholds greater than 6mm a bit better, though it's easy enough to just lift it over when needed. I've also seen some mentions of mixed customer service experiences, but I haven't had to contact them myself, as the unit has worked flawlessly.All in all, it's a great bit of kit and a fantastic investment for anyone looking for effortless floor maintenance.

I was sceptical of spending so much on a robot vacuum, but after a week of use I don’t know how I've done without one for so long!It has its work cut out for it in our busy home, battling against the mess a black lab and 5 year old can create, but it’s been a game changer. We were previously brushing and hoovering multiple times a day - the Eufy Robovac has given us back so much time!The vacuum and dock are well made, and the app is easy to use with lots of useful functions. I am able to set a schedule, toggle between mop and vacuum and see water tank levels and status of the robovac components- which appear to be easily replaceable through Eufy.The suction of the vacuum can readily adjust to suit 3 different floor types on the level which it’s used. The mop is powerful enough to remove surface stains - it does leave some mild streaks on my tile floor but nothing major.Overall, it’s been a great investment and I’d highly recommend for a home with children and pets to help ease the load of manually vacuuming and mopping constantly!
