Different sellers. Don't buy it until you find it in the price range you are looking for. Stores charge 4.00 for one so I judge whether or not I use Amazon depending on store prices. Amazon is not always cheaper. Sometimes they think you are too lazy to go to the store.

I have dry mouth syndrome and I've found that Mentos are ideal for keeping my salivary glands working, especially since they are sugarless. I chew at least 2 or 3 pieces a day.
