True to size. Able to be worn with most closed shoes. Have to buy sandals 1.5 size larger, but able to wear insoles comfortably with sandals as well. Great arch support for no to extremely low arches. Durability depends on activity.

Good....Not Great
It has nice support. Not the best of the PowerStep models, but better than most brands. It is not a very thick or "sponge-like" material, which makes it better for dress and casual shoes than for sports shoes...imo.

The BEST insert I have found!
I have about 10 pairs of these inserts. They are in all my shoes, boots, etc. I have tried so many different inserts without any success and these are the BEST for me. I have injured both feet and have arch problems and bad ankles. They are also washable. I have used them for many years! Love them!

Not for neuropathy.
Very hard material and has a rough surface. Especially not good for someone with neuropathy.

Original Blue power step is more comfortable
The support is good in this insole but the texture of it is not comfortable. There is a ridge at the front edge of the arch. The original Blue power step is more comfortable.

These supports fit perfect. I'm on my feel all day since using these supports my feet stopped hurting.
