Received a defective tether cord and I contacted the seller which they sent me a replacement cord quickly. Will be sending the defective product back but there service is great !

Only connects sometimes. Used to tether Sony a7riii to 2019 MacBook Pro, only reads camera (on MacBook) 3 out of 5 times. Need to constantly wiggle the cord to get it to read.
