Should I use a damp rag or dry rag to wipe it off and should I use plain water to rinse it off or just spray and wipe with a rag and I'm done?

I spray the product and then use a small bucket of water and rag that I wipe the foam off with. You occasionally have to dip the rag in the water and wring it out completely. I have used on kitchen cabinets , baseboards. window trims etc. Works beautifully,. I never tried just wiping it off, it might work, but I felt the need of using the damp cloth where I could rinse out the rag. If what you are using it on isn't bad, one wipe might work.
