the video is clear but the audio/sound is absolutely awful. Its soooo muffled and sped up that cant even make out a single word or conversation even with purchased cloud storage. So its completely useless! returning

After a bad experience with another brand I tried this one, and honestly this sucks too. The video is so fast it's pointless, the audio is so warped it's also useless. I'm paying for the storage but it makes no sense if the footage is useless. The recording is so sped up you can't understand the sound.

I'm sure it's a good camera, but the software is complete trash. I can't get it to recognize the camera during the wifi setup stage. "Tip: Go to wifi settings" popup keeps appearing, even when I'm connected to the camera wifi.Junk- do not waste your time.

Do not buy gives access to network to third party hacker and causes network ddos attacks. Wanted to use it in order to see who was going into my office where my safe is worked first few days but gave access to my network and causes network outages. DO NOT BUY
