I have used Clonex for years and have an average success rate of 97% - I keep track of success with it. I highly recommend this product.

Have had pretty good luck with this product, however, for the price the "Garden Safe Takeroot Powder" for $4.54 at Walmart works just as well. Of course Clonex is a gel and coats better and quicker then the powder but for the price, the powder is a much better buy.

I have a small nursery where I grow and sell trees and other landscaping foliage.I was in a pinch and ordered the Clonex as I use it regularly and know it is a fantastic product. It's about the only thing that works at nearly 100% success rate for cloning hardwood.I ordered the 50 ml bottle fully believing the description and specs listed on Amazon and I received the 15 ml packet. Naturally I assumed it was a simple mistake. So I contacted the seller and brought this to their attention. They told me that I should have read the comments on the order page if I wanted to know what the product really was. I explained that I rarely read all the comments before I buy something and that I already was familiar with the product so I didn't need another opinion. I saw what I wanted and I ordered it. Then they told me the packets were better because the product is only good for 3 months and spoils after that. Basically assuming that the larger bottles aren't any good because you can't use it all before it spoils. That's a horrible assumption.Anyway, for any readers, clonex is fantastic. I will find another vendor however.
