Bought this pool because it was big and cheap enough. Glad I did. It's great. I have a 10year old and a 12year old. Both swim in it with no fighting. So far. Lol It's easy to keep clean. Pump works great.

We set the pool up and began filling it and discovered a hole with water leaking from the pool. Tried to return the pool. After draining, drying and rolling it up it would not fit back into the box it came in. I got the biggest box I could find and the pool, pump and hoses would not fit. Some I put the pump into a separate box and hauled it all to the UPS store. They could not ship both boxes as I was sent only label. They assured me that the Amazon seller would provide another label. So, I shipped the pool and ask this vendor for a second label. They refused even after I contacted Amazon customer service. The only offered to give me a partial refund of $40. Very unhappy. It was a lot of work setting up and then taking it down and shipping it back. Here is the message:Hello,I'm sorry for the trouble. Unfortunately, we are only able to send the same number of return labels as your order was originally shipped in. In this case, we are only able to provide one prepaid FedEx return label. If you would prefer to keep your item, we would be glad to offer you a partial refund of $40. This is my second pool like this. I started with the 10’ x 30” last year and was still using it again this year when I decided to upgrade to the larger size. I put a tarp down underneath both of them and I haven’t had any leak issues with either one. It’s easy to set up and the pump and filter work great! You can’t beat the price especially for a pool this size. If you’re short like I am or have kids that will be using this, you might want to consider a ladder to get in and out of it. I got the Intex ladder for 36” and 42” pools with the removable steps. I definitely recommend both items!UPDATE: I still love the pool, but I found that the pump it comes with is simply not powerful enough for the large 15 foot size. After several months, I actually had to drain the pool and refill it. I do have experience with the proper chemicals, cleaning, etc. I ended up contacting Funsicle directly and ordered the RX 1500 pump from them that is a direct fit. The difference is amazing and the pool is super clean again. I wish the large sized pools would come with the upgraded pump.

The item arrived defective. The pool leaked at the gaskets and the filter kept turning off. I immediately notified the merchant who offered me 10% but I refused since the problem still existed. I emptied the pool, dried it and returned it within a day of learning about the defects. Upon receiving it, the merchant tried to charge me a 50% "restocking fee". I immediately contacted my bank and provided my bank with their return policy. No customer should have to go to this length to receive their full refund when a product is defective. I cannot recommend this product or this merchant. I have since had my bank block this merchant. I'm beginning to question if Amazon properly vets these merchants!
