THEY WORK AND DO THE JOB!
The packaging is clearly trying to imitate Canon's own ink... and I was skeptical about making this purchase. However, the cartridges loaded successfully, and the quality of the ink is such that only an expert might notice between this and "genuine" ink.

Black worked--Color did not work at all--printer won't accept it.
The black worked fine, but my printer will not accept the color. I didn't need the color when I bought it, so now it is too late for a return. There are a number of steps in the instructions you have to go through in case your printer doesn't accept it, so it must be a common problem. But even doing all those things, the printer kept telling me to remove the cartridge.

Will not work with HP printer
Will not work with HP7720 printer. Printer gives error not compatible ink. Would return but out of 30 day return window. Do not buy.UPDATE: Vendor reached out and completed a refund for the item even though return window had closed. Good customer service and thank you for standing behind your product.

Useless - but my fault
Ink doesn't work with our printer, since it ends in "e" and is HP+ activated. When I ordered this, I thought they were HP ink replacements, and I didn't scroll all the way down to the massive banner telling me this ink wouldn't work. So my fault.But I still suggest you don't sell ink if it doesn't work with some variation of the printer setup. Or maybe have detailed instructions here on how to deactivate the HP+ setup. I don't know, but again, ultimately, this was my fault. Just beware.
