Are these fake or genuinely poor quality products.
Astonished with the complimentary reviews of this product. After wearing it on not more than 20 occassions, I noticed that the rubber sole had developed multiple tears on both. Given the price and the reputation the brand commands, I found this shocking. I wrote to the company in the US and they have not yet responded to my issue. I am sharing pics showing these tears and they are growing in size. So disappointed!
