Q: I want to keep these keychains and order more of the labels after writing on them. Are the labels also sold separately?

I don't think you can buy the inserts separately, because they're just thick paper. I print my labels with my computer on plain paper and cut them out to fit in the flexible label compartment.

Q: how do you open the plastic to remove/insert the label?

Look on the back side of the tag -- the blank side without the lines.. At the end of the tag where the ring is you will see a little open slot-- a little white line. Insert a knife tip or something similar.in the little slot and pry up and the back of the tag will open.

Q: Do this set come in a plastic box container?

Just a normal plastic container not a storage box. Once you open the package, you can’t put them back to store them.

Q: Will a 2.4mm screw driver help to close?

They close easily with finger-thumb pressure. A bit of twist helps to get them open.
