I live at 9000 ft. in the mountains- .wind, rain, snow, UV. I try to touch up every 2-3 years.

How many sq ft will 2.5 gallons cover?

1 gallon covers 100 to 150 square feet according to the data sheet.

Can I reapply this over the old coat when I need to?

I'd clean the boards the best you can and let them dry, and then yes, you can reapply it. It says so on the can.

Can you use after sealing with a clear sealer

I don't think so as it needs to penitrate the wood
