SwinglineOptima 45 Electric Stapler, 45-Sheet Capacity, Silver

I was very disappointed to purchase this for my office to only work for 6 months and it has jammed several times. NOW there is NO unjamming it.

I was a little afraid of the reviews saying that they did not receive the product pictured; but I did. I love having a stapler that can staple 45 pages. I do a lot of printing of documents (such as online instructions). I know I am wasting paper, but I am old-fashioned that way, give me a paper copy anytime. I had an older model given to me, but the old power design was a cord that unplugged from the machine and the plastic that held the plug inside the machine cracked and broke so I had to "breakdown" myself and get this newer version. Glad to see that the cord is now "fixed" in the back and hopefully won't have the same problem.

The last one I had, was very quiet, this one seems to be very loud, other than that it performs well.

I attempted to replace my stapler with the same model I had (which sadly broke), saw the image shows the exact stapler I'm attempting to replace, order it (even though it's $35 more expensive than the newer model available elsewhere on Amazon). Instead of receiving the stapler pictured, I received the newer model. The newer model that came is LOUD as ever. I can't use this. I'm not in the quietest office, but still whenever I use this everyone jumps. It's terrifying and awful.

Very nice stapler! I really like that it is adjustable for staple depth. Meaning, I can have the papers stapled near the edge or deeper into the stack.Works beautifully! I love the staple remover that comes in the little drawer where I also keep extra strips of staples.

THIS IS NOT WHAT IS PICTURED. The older model is what is shown in the photo, however the new model is what they are sending out! The older model was quite and quite lovely, this model is loud and just plain awful. I am not sure what made Swingline decide to change it, but they should seriously go back. Do not be fooled if you are searching for the older model. The one you will get from this is basically plastic garbage.

I was somewhat disappointed with the seller. This stapler was NOT like new. It was scratched up and the light is suppose to blink when its low on staples and it does'nt work.

Work for a School, not real good for heavy use. My first set lasted about 6 month but the company replaced them they had a warranty on them. received 2 more. and they only lasted about 6 to 8 months. I emailed the company from their website NEVER got a response; Their customer service isn't the greatest.

This was returned and refunded. The picture and description does not match. Shown is the older model as described. BUT the actual product is the newer model with 1 less depth selection. The punch is loud like a construction stapler and the staple not flat. Too bad the manufacturer discontinued the older model and replaced with a degraded one.
