Really comfortable to use, and don't make the controllers feel bulky at all

Very comfortable & make the Switch look even nicer!

I've been using these consistently for a month or so, switching out from a silicone case that covered the entire switch. I purchased these because the silicone case, while extremely comfortable and offering great protection doesn't fit in my carry case and also cannot be docked.I'm going to write a list of pros and cons:Pros:* The JoyCon grips feel to be made from the same plastic as the JoyCons so feel pretty durable.* Decent protection for the back and side your JoyCons.* The supplied thumb grips are excellent, literally the best things in the box.* They fit into my case while attached.* Dockable!.Cons:* They aren't very well shaped or comfortable. I'd go so far as to say these are profoundly uncomfortable! Much less comfortable than even the naked JoyCons.* They feel a little loose and that they might slip off causing the switch to fall (This hasn't happened or even come close, but they don't FEEL safe.)* My silicone switch cover just feels much better!* Price - these are far more expensive compared to more comfortable and cheaper alternatives.So overall more pros than cons, but the discomfort of using these is a deal breaker for me. I can't play video games for hours on end with this level of discomfort.I reckon I'll stop using these soon and go back to my more comfortable, but unfortunately un-dockable and not carry case friendly silicone cover!

I have had a couple of silicone/rubber grips in the past and they never fit snugly. This grip clicks in to place with very little movement if any. At first I was afraid these wouldn't be comfortable due to the sharp-looking bulges. Actually it is very comfortable and weirdly it fits in my hand surprising well. It also doesn't cover the front of the joycon which allows you to get full travel feedback when pressing the buttons; really important for games like Fifa. Only downside is that the slide unlock button becomes harder to press.

It makes playing the switch in handheld a lot more comfortable, would recommend
