Previous filter was cheap one, this filter much better. Easy to install, have it in my water bay. Will work great if you use the recommended filter cartridges…. Good clean tasting water..

UPDATE - This filter system is wonderful! We are still very pleased with it. It removes the bad taste that is typical Florida water. We (and our picky dogs) are drinking from our kitchen sink facet and enjoying it!We bought this for our RV so that we can end the hassle of taking bottled water with us. After much research, we determined that this is the best system to meet our needs and give us a level of comfort that we and our beloved dogs can drink the water coming into the RV. This company impressed me because, once I contacted them, they answered all my questions no matter how detailed. They helped me decide which system to purchase to balance whole house filtration with issues like flow rate and cost. There are some fancier looking systems available but all that matters is if the water is safe when you pour it in a glass. I like that they recommended keeping it in a tote so that it is protected from the elements and the sun.

After six seasons of camping and using other water filters, this is s great improvement the single filters. The water flow is good, the tase is better, and the price is unbeatable. All the fittings are standard and the bracket is sturdy. It is easy to install and the replacement filters are affordable as well.

First off, I want to say I contacted Dave at RV Water Filters before buying this and was very impressed with his customer service. Secondly...I'm done with the "blue pill" filter most RVers use when they 1st get their new (to them) RV as it's all we know. This product is simple to use, makes a LOT of sense, and gives us better tasting water. For drinking we also have a under counter filter that filters even more so that drinking water always taste great.The only reason I didn't give this 5 stars is I noticed a slight blemish on the threads on one side. Not a biggy, but if I had bought it at a local store I most likely would have gone back and done a switch. BUT...this is installed and working great, so I don't think that little blemish is a problem at all. Having peace of mind about ALL the water going into your coach is a great feeling (especially now that we're living in it!)

Very easy to install and NO impact to water pressure in the camper. The water at the campground we stay at quite ofter has a strong odor to it. Something close to rotten eggs. This water system took the odor out! I was concerned about the water pressure. I have used the single blue canister before and then placed in the garbage, as the water pressure was very low. I am very happy with this new system and highly recommend it.

Was using the blue single cylinder in line filter. Taste is much better without much loss of water flow.

This is so much better than just a filter at the hose end. I would buy this again.

The media could not be loaded. I ignored other reviewers comments about the unit leaking upon install. Don't make my same mistake. The first unit I installed had a cracked housing and I had to return it. The second unit was intact, but no matter how much I tried to tighten the fittings, it leaked on the outlet fixture as well as on the fiilter rings. I was okay paying $200.00 for a unit, but when I recieved nothing but a plastic unit with a few brass fittings and generic filters, I realized I had paid too much for what I received. When neither unit worked, however, I came to see this product as a piece of junk! Too expensive, poorly designed, made of cheap materials, and the filter wrench is likely to break within a few uses even if you can get your unit to stop leaking.I returned the second unit and will purchase another unit from another manufacturer...this company does not deserve my money or business...hopefully they will improve and learn not to cut corners and spend a few more pennies to make a better product that works as advertised!
