How do you determine size?

I choose by experience. I've ordered large that I could wear and they worked fine but they never felt snug enough. I've had the medium which seemed to fit pretty good. This most recent pair is small and I'm wishing now I would have ordered the medium. I think I have big ears for a lady.

Has any one that wears glasses tried these and how was it?

I wear glasses, and they work just fine. I have bought several pairs and I love them. I can't handle earmuffs, so the earbags were the answer for me.

Do these prevent wind out of ears? Whenever it's windy I get ear infections, looking for something to help.

I recommended these to another who gets ear infections from the slightest breeze. She wears these practically 24/7 and says they are awesome.

Do they fit with a hearing aid?

Yes I believe they can. I have worn them with my sunglasses. A little harder to put on but worked. So with a hearing aid if it does not have a tube coming out or the tube is down near the earlobe or above like sunglasses arm you should be fine.
