This is my 3rd cotton nightgown from the one for U. This time I purchased the long sleeve Violet Vintage Rose and I'm very pleased with it. I bought a medium and its a little big on me as I had hoped. For reference, Im 5' 4" and 145 lbs.It's been 2 years since I purchased my first two nightgowns from this company (they have a lifelong customer in me) and my older nightgowns are as beautiful as the day I bought them. I do not put them in the dryer (I don't dry a lot of my clothes) and I press them using sizing so that the cotton is crisp like new but not stiff like starch makes it. Highly recommend these nightgowns for anyone who loves a classic look and 100% cotton.

I only purchase The 1 for U nightgowns. The 100% is not stiff or cheap feeling. I have had a couple of them for several years. There are no breaks or issues associated with being worn/laundered/dried. If you prefer a non-binding nightgown to sleep in, this is the one for you. Sizing is perfect. I have gone from an XL to a M. Each sizing fit.

The fabric is substantial, not bulky, but there is a lot of fabric. Love the pockets, feminine feel, not see-through. It is 100% cotton, so expect some wrinkles. Not a problem. The lace trims are beyond what I expected. After washing they did not shrink, bunch up or curl.
