I bought this product, this specific brand, after seeing a doctor on TikTok indicate it was a good product to 'clean your system out' as my mother used to call it. At first, I thought about returning it, as it contains psyllium, which for me, cause bad stomach cramps. But I thought I'd try it in small doses. The instructions indicate to take 1-3 pills daily. I started out taking 1 pill a day, and have continued taking 1 pill a day, without any diarrhea or stomach cramps. Thus, good product and I would buy it again.

Never go on a trip without it- don’t skip it daily either! I’ve struggled with being regular and adding this into my nightly supplements has helped me to go like a champ. Very gentle and doesn’t upset my stomach. I feel great! No side effects and easy to take.

I am so sorry to say but this pill is not working for me and that’s because I am taking 3 pills.

This is a so so product I'm not really pleased or I'm not really upset with it but other than that it does work but was hoping it would do better in cleansing my: you have to take More pills For this to work because it doesn't work without having to use 2 pills at a time and it will work then but if you have a very sluggish in digestion then you know that you have to take more. So this is a product that I would not really recommend to anyone who has really sluggish bowels

I take one capsule before bedtime, and it seems to keep me fairly regular. When I need to, I’ll take 2. No cramps or bloating. It works very gently.
