Neewer Replacement Battery Grip MB-D10 for Nikon D300S D700 D300 SLR Digital Camera Compatible with EN-EL3e

---UPDATE----After just over a week of use, the shutter button has nearly quit working. Starting today, you have to press it extremely hard (well past the 2nd level of clicking) to get it to work, and that only works part of the time.At this point I just cant trust this grip, so its time to purchase something else. I've had great luck with 3rd party grips previously, but this one is simply junk.--------------------I've been using this item for about a week on a Nikon D700.I thought it was the perfect alternative to the Nikon MB-D10 grip, and unlike any other 3rd party grip ive seen, it came with the correct battery cover to use with the an EN-EL4e to get the full FPS out of the D700.The fit and build quality is fine. You can tell its a bit cheaper feeling than a genuine Nikon product, but no enough that it bothered me or that I would ever care about the difference.This grip comes with 3 battery covers/trays. One is for use with AA batterys, one is for use with a factory style EN-EL3e, and one is simply a plug that is used with the optional EN-EL4 battery (or can simply be used as a battery compartment cover to shave some weight and only use the in-camera battery and leave the grip empty).At first I used the grip without a battery in it (with only an EN-EL3e battery in the camera itself), and it worked fine... all buttons functioned, etc. A few days later I decided to get out the tray for the EN-EL3e. As soon as I plugged it into the camera, the top LCD went blank and the low battery indicator came one. I swapped out the battery to make sure it wasn't the problem, and still nothing changed (keep in mind that I had a fully charged battery in the camera itself, yet since I had the battery menu set on Grip Priority it defaults to the grip first). Regardless of what I did, every time I tried to plug in the tray with the 2nd battery in it, the camera's top LCD would go blank and show a dead battery.Today my EN-EL4 arrived and I tried it out. It works perfect, and raises the FPS by a significant amount (Nikon claims this raises it to 8fps, and id say thats accurate... its almost indistinguishable from the D3 I tried at 9fps)So as much as I would like to give this grip a 5 star review (because It works perfectly in the two scenarios I'll most often use it), the fact that it wont work with the EN-EL3e tray it comes with makes it a flawed product.It works perfect with no battery in itIt works perfect with the AA battery trayIt works perfect with an EN-EL4 + cover in itIt wont work at all with the EN-EL3e tray.

I have had one of these on my D300s since late December 2011. I have not had any problems or malfunctions with this vertical grip in the past 4 months. In fact I love this grip so much I bought extra grips just to have on hand for the D700 that I want to purchase. For the price you can not go wrong. You get the enel3 battery holder along with the AA battery holder. But the real bargain part of the grip is the bl3 enel4 battery holder, this piece from Nikon is almost $40.00 by itself. My D300s reads the grip and it shows on my top viewing screen as a BP grip. This works just as good as the Nikon MB-D10 grip in my opinion. UPDATE!!!!! The grip stopped recognizing the enel3 and the shutter release on the grip has stopped working as well. I had returned the other grips for not working at all straight out of the box. I have decided to spend the extra money on original Nikon products for here on out.

I'm a new photographer and just started shooting with a Nikon D300 and bought this grip cause I am on a budget and it works great. Didn't have to spend the $150 plus dollars for a Nikon grip but everything works just fine for this one for half the price. It gives the camera the extra juice so I can shoot all day without swapping out batteries and even came with adapter for AA batteries if I ever run out and need to buy some in the store which can come in handy I guess. Overall a really good product.

Grip fits and works good on my D700, but picture show it comes with the ENEL4 battery adapter, which I need. Took 1 star off because of seller StandByOn (cryanathus), there is no replacement and no response from seller to send me the missing ENEL4 adapter.

I purchased the Neewer D300 D300S D700 Battery Grip from Best Deal USA. The Picture online Shows a EN-EL4 battery Cover (nikon BL-3)included it is not included. The replacement part nikon BL-3 if it fits is 33.00 from Nikon I tried Best Deal USA, They said that Amazon was responsible, Amazon Said it was best Deal USA fault and offered a refund if I returned it costing me the time and shipping. I contacted Neewer and havent heard anything from them yet?? Buyer Beware it works great as a grip with the othe r batttery trays just cant run the enel4 or 4a without the cover.

All I really wanted was to replace the rubber cover on the bottom of my D300. Lost it because I was changing the battery grip from camera to camera. Was pleasantly surprised that it preformed as well as the one I purchased from Nikon. For the price, this is a must have for anyone who want the versatility and extended battery life it bring.

Absolute piece of rubbish.It went on easy & looked the part but the next time i went to use the camera all 8 Eneloops were totally dead & will not recharge but worst was yet to come when i tried to undo the grip from the body the mechanism just spun around meaning that i had to saw the bloody thing off the body to be able to use the camera again.Now it has been removed the camera functions normally again. DO NOT BUY THIS GRIP.......You have been warned

Il prodotto ha presentato in una prima spedizione delle anomalie che bloccavano importanti funzioni della macchina. Prontamente sostituito da amazon nel secondo caso la macchina non ha problemi ma il pulsante di blocco messa a fuoco del battery md necessità di eccessiva pressione per mettere a fuoco e la ghiera dei tempi di posa non cambia i tempi con regolarità costringendo a ruotarla più volte o ad usare quella sulla macchina. La costruzione é leggera ed il prodotto senza i difetti elencati sarebbe molto buono, ho deciso di tenerlo comunque ma in questo caso neewer merita 1 stella.

come sempre oggetto arrivato nei tempi previsti,il battery rispecchia le mie aspettative non metto 5 stelle solo perchè è comunque un prodotto leggermente inferiore all originale ma comunque un buon prodotto compatibile al 100% con nikon d300 nessun gioco fra le parti, plastiche rigide colore uguale all apparenza un pò delicata la chiusura vano batteria, impugnatura con plastica morbida più della 300 stessa una batteria va inserita nel suo cassetto la seconda rimane nella reflex bisogna smontarlo ogni volta che si vuole estrarre la batteria nella reflex tutto sommato per il prezzo e se ci si accontenta vale sicuramente la pena di prenderlo

Very poorly made, I received it very quickly. once installed I was unable to remove it, the mounting roulette was broken, it took me 30 minutes to remove it from my camera. I expected more from this product, I returned it.Très mal fait, je l'ai reçu très rapidement. Une fois installé, je ne pouvais pas l'enlever, la roulette de montage c'est brisé quand je l'ai installer la premiere fois, ca m'a pris 30 minutes pour la retirer sans briser mon appareil. Je m'attendais plus de ce produit, je l'ai retourné.

Sin duda este grip no tiene la solidez del original, al ser de plástico y no de aleación, pero cumple con sus funciones perfectamente. No lo he probado con trípode para ver la solidez del anclaje de la zapata, pero no dista mucho de otros que he tenido de marcas como Meike. Los diales funcionan correctamente y el disparador tiene su botón de bloqueo de funciones. La caja y presentación son impecables.Relacción Calidad/Precio 9/10Espero que dure bastante.
