I’ve had thin hair all my life, and I’ve noticed my ponytail getting smaller and smaller (34 year old female here). I was recommended these by a hairdresser friend. Holy smokes, they actually work. I’d say my hair volume perked up about 25-30% after taking them as directed for 8 months. Not cheap, but definitely take a chance on them if you are tired of thin hair. You do need to make sure to supplement them with increasing your protein intake; hair is all protein, so if you’re lacking on that, new hair won’t grow.
