I purchased the Trideer yoga ball in size L (26 inches) and loved it from the start. The material is thick, high-quality, and feels very durable. I use it both for stability exercises and as a chair during the day—it has really helped improve my posture.The included pump was easy to use, and I had it fully inflated in just a few minutes. It holds air well and keeps its shape even with frequent use.I’ve also used it for gentle stretching and core workouts, and the size and firmness are just right.Highly recommended for anyone looking for a versatile exercise ball, whether for yoga, core strengthening, or ergonomic sitting. Things I wish I would have known. Do not over inflate the ball during the first inflation. There must be two inflation stages. First inflation pump It up what the foot pump that it comes in the box, just until the folds in the ball get a little tension. Also do not push the plug all the way in after the first inflation so it's easier to remove before the second inflation. Wait 2 full days (48 hours) during said two days do not use the ball. While you're waiting in between stages find a short wide box, fold the access cardboard into the box and tape it to the inside of the box. Bada boom batta bang you now have a ball holster. Also take your time pumping the ball up. It's going to take about 45 minutes to pump the ball up to the first stage if you don't stop pumping. It took me about 2 hours to pump it up with the foot pump taking breaks intermittently. Also get a little container for the valve plug puller and extra valves that come in the box as well. 330 lb weight limit. I'm right there at that limit and this thing is sturdy. I know it's tempting to use the ball in between stages but don't. It might take away some of the integrity of the ball or give it an not so desirable shape. This ball is a 10 out of 10 change my life I was in a near fatal semi truck accident messed my back up. This ball has changed my entire recovery process, strengthened my core, I sit on to cook to full laundry to watch TV to play with my dogs to put socks and shoes on to hmm hmm 🤭 anyways I highly recommend it. It's really easy to clean little bit of dawn or any light soap on a wash cloth set it right in your shower wipe it down rinse it off let it dry. I used it everyday since I've ordered it. It's good on linoleum, hardwood floors, carpet, clean smooth concrete, tile, soft not sharp pokey grass and yoga mat. The gray one is the one I ordered.

Loving my new exercise ball. I am 7months pregnant. I have been using it for back pain and to help me prep for labor and delivery. So far it has been great, it holds air really good. The texture is nice it, does slide around when using it unless I need it. The size was as order, I did pump it and than pump it up again after it stretched to get to size. The color was black just like the picture. So far its been easy to use and works greats for what I need. The only reason it has 4 stars is because pumping it up was rough maybe just me being pregnant but it took some time to get it pumped. I got a good arm work out.

The Trideer Extra Thick Yoga Ball was exactly what I needed and more. It was easy to inflate thanks to the directions, and pump kit. There are also extra plugs in case you lose some which is helpful! The quality of the ball is sturdy, the color is beautiful and, the texture of the ball is soft and easy to grip. I believe it's a great quality buy. I would definitely recommend this Trideer Extra Thick Yoga Ball to friends and family.

My favorite workout ball. I beat the hell out of my last one. I would bounce and do seated jumping jacks. It finally got a hole after iver a year and a half. The hole was at the seam but I still used it. These are super safe. They deflate slowly and can take a lot. I look forward to working out with it! Love it!

Bought this to help induce labor and just help move things along. One of the best decisions I ever made. It’s sturdy, doesn’t make you feel like it’s going to pop which being 9 months pregnant I appreciated. Overall I would 200% buy again if I needed to!

At first I thought the Large wasn’t going to be very big, but it blew up to the expected size. It came in a small package with the pump. Using the pump was a light workout but it was easy to inflate. It was a good value and the color matched the description. Will be using it for pregnancy and working out.
