I wish I would have bought 2 pans. Need at least that many for most recipes, but they ARE meant to small.

The mold is non-stick and works very well, you do not need to brush butter before you pour cake batter into, it is easy to remove the cakes after baking. I include a picture of the cakes baked with this product.

I almost gave this pan 3 stars because the shell pattern in the molds is not very clear on the finished product, but I went with 4 because the quality of the pan is very good and even though the madeleines don't have a distinct she'll pattern, they are perfectly bite sized - just a small taste of a very rich cookie is perfect.

They turn out very cute!

Very mini madeleines but a very good wuality pan.

I used this one and my husband said the Madeleines look like charcoals. It's nice and heavy pan but the shape is not what I want
