I was amazed on the quality of this cigar humidor definitely worth the price and does it’s job

The Humidor's Hygrometer does not work. I followed all of the instruction about wiping down the wood with distilled water and how to fill the humidifier. The reading on the hygrometer is reading the same as when I received the humidor on March 1, 2019. The reading still hasn't moved and it is now March 27, 2019. I even placed a wet sponge in a sandwich bag as suggested and it still hasn't move.I would of been better off leaving the cigars that I brought back Cuba in the cigar box they came in.The wood on one of the sides of the cigar cutter came off after two weeks.I would not recommend buying this product.

Beautiful humidor! Very easy setup. Humidor has been constantly holding perfect humidity. Very nice humidor for the price point. Also comes with a nice cutter to boot.

I’ve only had it for 2 months now but it’s surpassed my expectation from my old one. Looks great. Humidity gauge works great. And affordable for a classy look with its gloss wood to the glass top. Not big but perfect for someone like me who uses it to entertain guests

The box is very attractive however, it doesn’t hold a constant temperature. I’ve treated the box 3X and I have an 84% BovedaPack in it and it still can’t keep the needle in the green.

Very beautiful box outside but cannot get the temp regulated. I've used water in a cup, damp sponges and boveda 62% packs and no luck. Will not go below 75 and can't hold any cigars at that temp.

Either the hygrometer is defective or the humidifier is defective. Soaked the humidifier three times in distilled water and put into the humidor. First two times the humidity level never changed and maxed out at 55%. after the third time it dropped. Not sure if the sponge in the humidifier is actually getting wet properly. Any suggestions?
